Quizumba is a game for making and playing quiz shows. This policy explains what personal data we process and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
Account: your email and display name (and a Google ID if you sign in with Google). Content: the quizzes you create and any media you upload. Gameplay: scores and match results linked to your account. Technical: an essential session cookie, and preferences (theme, language, consent choice) stored in your browser.
How we use it
To run your account, host and join games, save your quizzes, show community content, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Legal basis
We process your account and gameplay data to perform the service you asked for (contract). Optional analytics, if ever enabled, run only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Storage & retention
Your data is stored on servers in the EU. We keep it while your account is active. When you delete your account we immediately erase your personal details and unpublish your quizzes.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from your Profile page (Download my data / Delete account). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Cookies & local storage
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Theme, language and your consent choice are saved in your browser only. There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.
